At Onlyou Studio, we strive to ensure that your handcrafted clay products are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Below are the details regarding our delivery process:

1. Processing Time

Each product is made to order, and due to the handcrafted nature of our items, processing times may vary. Typically, orders are processed and ready for shipment within 20 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Express Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect payment for import taxes or duties on our website, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

B.Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Onlyou Studio’s handcrafted clay products. We are committed to providing you with unique and high-quality handmade items. Please carefully read the following return and exchange policy before making a purchase:

1. Handmade and Custom Products

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or design. These differences are part of the charm and individuality of handmade goods. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on these characteristics.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

All sales of our handcrafted products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at service@onlyou.studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide a description and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
